GUIDELINES FOR SELLING MCKLEINUSA ONLINE ARE AS FOLLOW:

• $5 Drop Shipping Fee (Not Negotiable) 
• You will be charged for Freight plus the $5 Drop Ship Fee
• Freight charge(s) can be either prepaid and added (UPS PP) to the individual invoice or we can use your UPS account (UPS 3PB)
• Weekly Inventory Updates sent via email (request must be submitted by dealers)
• Shipping Method UPS w/ “LIVE” UPS tracking numbers for all your shipments through e-mail via Quantum View Notify (must request to be set up)
• FOB – Chicago, IL
• All orders must be in written form via email at order@mckleinusa.com  (preferred) or fax to: 773.378.5800

PRICING:

McKlein does not allow more than 20% markdowns from Retail price. (Due to extremely difficult economy, we have temporally allow Authorized eCommerce Dealers to sell our products up to 20% below Retail)

The MSRP is our Published Suggested Retail Price for the items.

RULES:

McKlein allows the online stores to make the price changes within 5 days upon receiving a notice. If there have not been any changes after the 5 days then the online store will be put on a 30 day order suspension. (Which we would like to avoid)

RETURN POLICY:

Merchandise returns are not accepted without a return authorization number.  To obtain a return authorization number email to return@mckleinusa.com or call customer service @ 773-378-5800.  The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of each box.
